Coming Up Next: Mr. Cy Feng, Education Specialist and International Director, Honda International Center at Kapiolani Community College Hawaii

I caught up with my next guest while on recent travels to Hawaii USA. Mr. Cy Feng is a native of China. He is an education specialist and international director at the Honda International Center at Kapiolani Community College (KCC) in Honolulu.

As many of you know I am an educator by profession. I taught at KCC under the Honda International Center (HIC) where I worked with visiting short-term study groups from Eastern Asia nations such as Japan, South Korea and China. If you have access to Blogspot visit my academic blog TESL Teachers Rule My World for photos, videos and even lesson assignments for my students.

Located at the base of Diamond Head Crater near Waikiki Beach, HIC offers academic excellence to students from throughout the world with the goal of developing global citizens who understand and accept the interconnectedness of peoples while also celebrating cultural values and rich ethnic diversity.

My conversation with Cy Feng will focus on the HIC's educational programs, strategic alliances with east Asian institutions, people-to-people exchanges in the Asia-Pacific region and more.

The Honda International Center is located in the Iliahi Building, Room 107. Phone (808) 734-9300. Fax (808) 734-9454. You can contact Mr. Feng at cfeng7@hawaii.edu
